He’s business advisor for innovation and entrepreneurship approaches, new forms of work organization and development of creativity and development of new services around urban renewal programs. He has a deep knowledge of development and support of start-up ecosystems as of consultant, investor or entrepreneur.

    Gilles has been focused on developing public sector transformation consulting since 1995. Transformation of the financial function for central French government with implementation of the LOLF for French Ministry of Finance and Defense, assistance of local authorities to build PPP and concessions for public transportations, mass restaurant and catering solutions. He has also advised local government to build and implement economic development strategies, central government to transform agencies like INAO, to assess and implement projects of transformation of the organization of central administrations. He has been financial counsel of the French Government in major State PPP projects like new ministry of defense (Balard), the new Grand Court of Paris, the National Sports center for education in Fontainebleau and has developed a huge expertise in PPP matter for buildings and harbors (industrial and marinas).

    Gilles has also been deeply involved in public policies related to economic development and entrepreneurship. He has leaded projects for creation and development of competitive clusters (Plastipolis, Robonumerique…) and has been, during 3 years, CEO of INTERFACES, company that operates areas dedicated to coworking and entrepreneurship all around France.

    As of international experience, Gilles has been Public Sector consulting Leader for Deloitte EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) area and in charge of the development of Strategy consulting business for monitor Deloitte in Morocco. For his own affairs, he has been, since 2011, CEO of his family vineyard company in Provence (South of France) that gives him e deep experience as entrepreneur in this economic area.
